We have teamed up with the illustrious graphic artist Stephen Bliss to bring three of our signature dishes (our Mushroom Parfait, Cod’s Head and Oyster Shell Martini) to life on a UK made t-shirts weaved in Manchester from a blend of seaweed and organic cotton from direct carbon neutral sources!
